Right now, Congress is working toward passing the Build Back Better Act, an exciting opportunity for national climate action that would invest in clean energy, justice, and jobs. In less than two weeks, your U.S. Representative–Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici–will be joining us for a virtual Climate Town Hall to talk about climate action and the Build Back Better Act. You won’t want to miss it–sign up here to join us on October 4th at 4pm!
Climate Town Hall with Congresswoman Bonamici

Congresswoman Bonamici is a long-time environmental champion. A few years ago, I met her at LCV’s national lobby day in Washington D.C., where we talked about clean energy, public lands, and pollution. Both then and now, Congresswoman Bonamici has remained dedicated to a clean energy future. She’s currently working to help make sure that the Build Back Better Act is as strong as possible, and ensure that at least 40% of its investments go toward the communities most impacted by climate change.
Want to learn more? When you RSVP for our October 4th Climate Town Hall, you can submit a question about climate change for Congresswoman Bonamici, and several people will get to ask their questions live. This is a great way to learn how you can get involved in climate action, and to learn more about the Build Back Better Act. Please let me know if you have any questions! We hope to see you there. Big things are happening right now, and there’s no better time to get involved.
