We haven’t forgotten that school board races are incredibly important this election! We have a new way to share information about candidates running in local school board races, where OLCV does not conduct a full endorsement process. We call it our Environmental Voter Guide and it gives you the chance to see how candidates answered two questions: one on their environmental values and the other on centering equity and justice.
Find out how candidates for your local school board answered by checking it out here! Scroll down the page to see the school board races organized by county. Click on your county, and it will show you the candidates in your area.
We hope you find the environmental voter guide helpful when you go to vote! We are continuing to look for ways we can help increase participation, create a more inclusive democracy, and empower voters like you to make a difference by electing more champions on climate justice and racial equity.
