Oregon's primary election is next Tuesday, May 18.
Do you know who you're voting for? OLCV has endorsed some 75 candidates fo the 2010 elections, and is focusing on key races around the state.
One the most important races of 2010 is the race for Washington County Chair.
OLCV has endorsed Dick Schouten. Dick is an environmental champion who has spent the last 20 years working to improve livability in Washington County communities by protecting our natural areas and greenspaces and connecting our communities by improving pedestrian and bike access.
Another key regional race is the race for Metro President.
OLCV has endorsed Bob Stacey. Bob's resume exemplifies a lifetime commitment to regional environmental issues in a variety of capacities. Bob's got a vision for the region that ensures a healthy economy and preserves the quality of life we love here.
