The Oregonian A new bill to ban bisphenol-A in baby products, such as sippy cups, has received its 31st co-sponsor
Two Republicans joined 29 Democrats in House Bill 3689. The bill should be scheduled for a hearing soon -- most likely in House Rules at this late hour -- but whether it gets one in time to become law before legislative adjournment is uncertain.
