Marion County OLCV Politician Cook-Off & Sustainability Fair
Sunday, August 1, 2010, the Marion County Oregon League of Conservation Voters is hosting the first Politician Cook-Off & Sustainability Fair.
Oregon Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian; Representatives Brian Clem, Betty Komp and Kevin Cameron; Marion County Clerk Bill Burgess; Salem City Councilors Brad Nanke, Laura Tesler, candidate-elect Sheryl Dash; & Diana Dickey (alternate) and Claudia Kyle, candidate for state representative HD 19 and Jason Freilinger, candidate for Marion County Commission get their grill on in the first ever competition for the Best Political Chef of the Year Award. They'll be mixing up their secret sauce for chicken or pulled pork at this first of its kind family affair.
