Dudley firm on skipping environmentalists' debate

The Oregonian's Jeff Mapes on Politics After slightly opening the door to participating in a debate sponsored by Oregon environmental groups, GOP gubernatorial candidate Chris Dudley has once again shut down the idea. Four environmental groups are sponsoring a March 30 debate in Portland that they hoped would include the major candidates.
