Salem Statesman Journal I am writing to support the candidacy of Chuck Bennett for mayor of Salem. As a city council member and a former state representative, Mr. Bennett has an outstanding record and the experience necessary to lead Salem into the new decade. Chuck has a longtime commitment to making Salem work for all its citizens by emphasizing job creation, well-financed and maintained public services, community planning and education.
