Scorecard Released -- Shocking Scores Abound
by: Jonathan Poisner | September 11, 2007 - 21:58
Okay, shocking may be an exaggeration. But scores under pro-environment leadership changed dramatically from the last 5 scorecards.
In fact, the average rating on the just-released 2007 Scorecard is higher than any session since 1977.
We had our first 100% score from east of the cascades in a very long time. Senator Ben Westlund (D-Tumalo) scored 100%, just two sessions after he scored 0%.
We need proactive leaders that we can depend on to protect the health of our environment and that of Oregonians.
