The Lane County Chapter of OLCV released two new environmental scorecards:
The Washington County Chapter of OLCV released a new environmental scorecard for the Washington County Commissioners.

Overall, the Scorecard found that the Metro Council is doing a great job to make the region a better place to live.

In summer 2006, OLCV also issued an inaction report detailing the failure of the Newport City Council to take action on the environment. Because this failure consisted of not taking votes, no scorecard was issued.
