As the founder and President of Organic Fresh Fingers, Inc., a food manufacturing business in Salem. Evann has built a successful business while simultaneously incorporating environmentally responsible practices and believes that Oregon's businesses can and should build conservation into effective models.

She is involved with Marion County OLCV because of her personal commitment to sustainability as well as her wish to provide a voice for other businesses to more seriously consider their environmental impact.
