Alice Lasher
Alice graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1991 with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. Shortly after graduation, Alice started in the fire service and celebrated her 18th year of service in Feb, 2009. A personal interest in the environment and sustainability began to demonstrate its connection to her career as an EMT and Emergency Manager where the consequences of poor environmental decisions have direct and often dire effect on the human population.
Protection of remaining intact wilderness for its intrinsic value to all living inhabitants is as noble and worthy a goal as any development could possibly be. That's why we support organizations such as OLCV and our political representatives who work hard to protect Oregon's natural legacy.
